Geoff and I had to opportunity to spend a few days last week with two of our dear friends, Jake & Ally Glover.  This couple is really special to us as they sang all of the music in our wedding ceremony and sang our first dance as well.  More than that, they have walked faithfully alongside us in our journey as a newly married couple as they are also in their first year of marriage.  Geoff has known Ally since Middle School and Jake since High School and I got to meet them for the first time at our New Year’s Eve Engagement Party where they graced us with their beautiful voices in a time of worship together.  While Geoff has known them for much longer than I have, Ally and I have a sweet friendship that is deeper than the mere time we have known each other.  The Glovers just recently moved from Dallas to Michigan as the next step in their journey trying to walk in obedience to God.  They are in school at New Tribes to begin the preparation process of going to serve overseas as missionaries to a tribe that has never had the opportunity to hear the gospel.

While they were in Austin they asked if we would shoot some photos of them for their prayer card that they are going to be sending out to people walking alongside them on their journey.  Here is one of our favorites from the session!
