Santorini & Mykonos Islands: Our Greece Honeymoon

When Rachael and I were trying to settle on a destination for our honeymoon, it wasn’t easy! We both agreed that we wanted to visit somewhere that neither of us had ever been to, which was difficult in and of itself. Between the two of us, I think we have been to somewhere around 50-75 foreign cities. Other factors that played a part in our decision included climate, distance and time. With all that considered, we finally settled on Greece! And the two islands of choice were Santorini and Mykonos. Our trip totaled 10 days, and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about it, including the 15 hours we slept on the first night! When booking, I initially thought that I would want to explore Greece and take as many photos as possible, but thanks to the advice of others, I wisely kept our schedule open and it turned out that all we wanted to do the first day or so was rest and recover from all of the wedding planning! We traveled by plane mostly, and we took one ferry between the two islands, which only lasted 2.5 hours! Not bad! Anyways, I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures from our honey moon with you. Several of these images areĀ availableĀ for print at our online store.. If you don’t see one there that you want, just ask! www.store.geodun.com
