It’s time for our last blog post of a 2011 Wedding!  Claire + Dave found us during a google image search of their ceremony venue: SMU Perkins Chapel where they found a photo that we took a few months back during this wedding. We scheduled a Skype call and immediate hit it off and became great friends.  This past October, Geoff and I flew to Chicago to meet Claire & Dave and to do their engagement session which you can see here: Claire + Dave: Chicago Engagement Session.  We all had a blast together so by the time of their New Years Eve Wedding we were all good friends.

We had the opportunity to do all day coverage of this amazing wedding, which we always love doing to be able to tell the story of the day in it’s entirety.  One of our favorite parts of the day being a post-ceremony pit stop at Chick-fil-a for a snack.  (Those of you that know Geoff well know he was super excited about this!)  This New Years Eve was a really special night for Geoff and I because it marked the year anniversary of us getting engaged.  We were thrilled to share the night with Claire + Dave, celebrating their marriage with a true New Years Bash at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel Dallas. The band, Limelight, rocked the night away and Don’t be a Square Booth was a fun addition to all of the amazing New Years Eve details!  See Square Booth photos here: Don’t be a Square Booth! Claire + Dave.  One of our other great friends (who actually did our wedding video), Austin Walker was there with Walk Stop Media documenting the whole day in video. The night ended with a countdown ushering in 2012!
