Images by Portrait Photographer Geoff Duncan.
I’ve been meaning to blog these images for a while, and due to the craziness of the holidays (I will fill you in soon) I am just now getting around to it! Marissa and I met in Dallas at the South Side on Lamar for her portrait session a few weeks ago. She contacted me because she needed a photographer for her modeling portfolio. I don’t typically do a ton of model photo shoots, but this was pretty fun and easy! When looking for a location, I pre-scouted the roof top of this building. This might have been the easiest rooftop I have ever tried to get on to considering an elevator took us to the top floor.. Since this shoot I have been all over the Southeast Coast and I’m finishing the last leg of my holiday-journey in Austin Texas. I’m so excited to be moving down here in just a few weeks! Enjoy
The gear I used:
Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark ii
Lens: 50 mm f/1.2 , EF 24-70mm f/2.8 with a Genus 77mm ND filter
Light: Canon 580 EX II Speedlight; Alienbee B1600 with a 47″ Octabank Softbox and Pocket Wizard Flex TT5 Transceiver Radio Slaves
