Last Thursday I received a phone call from a fellow named Joe. He asked me to bring my camera to Houston the next day to capture him proposing to a lady named Katharine. After working out the details, I hit the road early in the afternoon, and headed to Memorial Park. For all the dudes reading this out there, please take notes! Joe is a stud through and through, and the evening went off without a hitch. He sent Kat on a little adventure, leaving notes along the way leading her from place to place. Joe even hired a limo driver to escort her through the city, stopping at her house where she would find a dress laid out for her to wear to her final destination, Memorial Park just before sunset (which he considered in his plans). There Joe waited patiently, dressed in a suit & tie with a anxious smile on his face, while my buddy Brittan Pittman and I hid in the bushes to capture it all! Can’t wait to see what Brittan, a talented videographer puts together. Here are some of my favorite frames from the evening. Enjoy
