We booked Claire & Dave’s Dallas wedding at the beginning of the year via Skype, not knowing when we would be able to schedule their engagement session, much less where we would do it! We threw out ideas such as Dallas, Austin and Hawaii (jk, I wish)… But when we learned that Claire & Dave currently live in Chicago, which just so happens to be my third favorite city in the world, it was a no brainer! Rachael & I flew up there for an extended weekend as the trees were changing colors (something we don’t get to experience in Texas), and we met them at their favorite Brunch spot in the city, Toast. Other than a solid starting location, we operated as we would anywhere else, and we headed into the city determined to create some legit engagement photos. It was easy with these two, as you can see…. they are somewhat photogenic. It never ceases to amaze me how well you can get to know someone in just a few hours! Claire & Dave are solid through and through and we can’t wait to see you again on New Years Eve in Dallas for your wedding!
